As per refund and return policy, Neroli Beauty Solution products are non-returnable because of the hygiene/health and private care/wellness/consumable nature of the commodities.
Refund or replacement requests are only to be entertained in case of receipt of Damaged Goods at the time of Delivery at the buyer’s end, in such case we request the buyer to please contact support@neroli.in with pictures of the product's primary packaging, products image, invoice and outer packaging, and batch number within 24 hours of receiving the order. If replacement of product is accepted then it will take 7 to 14 days to ship the product.
Once sold no refund will be entertained only replacement request are entertained.
It takes around 7-10 days for the return or refund request to be completed after we receive the package. Before processing a refund or replacement, we might contact you to know more about the issue.
If any of the below-mentioned condition applies, you’ll be eligible for a whole refund or exchange without paying any extra fees:
Package has product missing.
Damaged or broken bottles/pack.
Wrong product delivery.
It does not have the original packaging.
If you have received the wrong product, we would request you to keep the product safe, unused, and undamaged in its original packaging. Retain the invoice and original manufacturer’s packing for successful pickup and return.
Refund and return policy will not be accepted if :
The product is unsealed and used.
It is without invoice.
It is with tampered batch number and price.
It does not have the original packaging.
Please do not use the item you have raised a complaint about.
If a pilfered delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made within 24 hours of the order delivery.
Products once delivered, will not be applicable for a refund if it falls under any of the scenarios stated below:
Failure to provide adequate information about the case.
Failure to provide snapshots of the Invoice, packet, and box (if any).
Our Exchange/Returns Policy does not cover damages caused by neglegency, improper use, or incorrect application. Exchange of products due to allergic reactions is not applicable.
Refund & Return Process
Before giving a refund or replacement, we may contact you to determine the product’s damage or defect.
Bank transfers will be used to process refunds. There will be no cash reimbursements. It will take at least 5 to 7 business days for our team to initiate an online refund after the refund has been initiated.
